Q. How can I be sure this is confidential?

A. Recruitment Café never discloses your name or personal information to anybody. If you are registered as a jobseeker, you first tell us which agencies you don’t want to be sent to. When we do send your details out, we send a confidential candidate profile to the hiring manager. Only when you give us permission, do we send your name and contact details.

Q. How can I earn money by taking a job through Recruitment Café?

A. If you are successful in getting a new job in recruitment through our website, and stay at least three months into the job, we will give you 10% of the placement fee!

Q. What have I got to lose by registering an open position on Recruitment Café?

A. Nothing! Your vacant position does not get advertised. Nobody but us see what you are looking for. There is no financial commitment until you decide to hire a candidate introduced by Recruitment Café. Suitable candidates will be sent to you via email. You don’t need to give up much of your valuable time, other than the five minutes it takes to fill in our simple form.

Q. How do I arrange a fee split with another consultant?

A. Recruitment Café provides a free platform for you to advertise your top candidates or your tough roles. Contact by other recruiters is made directly. Recruitment Café does not get involved in the process and does not require a fee.
